 Reservations are on a first-come, first serve basis. Call our office for the best selection of available dates, or request reservation information on-line, NOW! After choosing a river and date, we will send you an invoice and reservation form. Free Trips and Group Discounts Group discounts and free trips for group organizers are available on all Whitewater Connection trips. See individual river descriptions for more details as each river is different due to varied restrictions and logistics. Organizing a trip for your group or club is easy. Simply call our office and choose a river trip and date request reservation information on-line, NOW! Whitewater Connection provides organizational materials, promotional photographs, and posters to help you arrange your trip. Group payments should be made with one check only! Deposits A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Advance group reservations may be made with a lower initial deposit. Deposits must include a completed reservation form. Full Payment Full balances must be paid no less than 30 days prior to your trip (large group bookings no less than 45 days) or your reservation may be subject to cancellation. Reservations made within 30 days require full payment. Reservations made within 14 days require a credit card (M/C, VISA, or Discover) and fax availability to ensure confirmation of your trip. |
