Cuisine
At mealtime our guides double as chefs - and you'll be delighted by the bountiful
feasts they prepare at our riverside "kitchens." Our delicious evening
banquet begins with shrimp cocktail and hors d'oeuvres, followed by lobster,
barbecued steak and chicken, fresh green salad, baked potatoes, garlic bread,
scrumptious desserts, and free flowing beer, wine and soft drinks.
Lunch is a deli-style buffet with a variety of meats and cheeses and all the
trimmings, including fruit and cookies eat as much as you like! To jump start
your day before an energetic run on the river, we typically offer omelets, sliced
ham, and blueberry pancakes, along with fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, English
muffins, juice and coffee.
All dinners are served with a variety of selected wines from local Mother Lode
vineyards -a great accompaniment to our steak and lobster dinner!
We will gladly accommodate any individual dietary needs you may have. Please
